Zion, National Park part 2 – Utah – USA

with No Comments

Zion National Park.

Zion is located in the southwest of Utah. The main attraction of this national park is the Zion Canyon. The walls of this canyon are red and tan-coloured, because the sandstone was carved out by the Virgin River. The park has four life zones. Because of this you can find a huge variety in plants and wildlife. The only way to enter the park is by bus, bike or on foot. The bus drives on a nice new road, because every winter a huge part of it is flushed away by the river.
