Using the metro.
The first line of the metro system in Paris opened as early as 1900. If you really want to see anything in this beautiful city, you have to take the metro. First of all the streets are too crowed with buses, cars and all other ways of transportation. Because of that there’s a 24 hour traffic jam outside, Furthermore, the distances in Paris are too long to walk. But the relatively cheap metro is a good alternative for walking. Besides, allmost every landmark in Paris is close to a metro station. Luckily the metro system works really well and with it you get from one place to the next in no time.
