Moselle, Reichsburg Cochem – Germany

with No Comments
Along the river Moselle are many castles to be found. Reichsburg Cochem is definitely one that must be on your list. It was built around 1100 and is the highest castle in the area. The looks are that of a fairytale castle and it is a location for weddings, an annual medieval castle festival and a Cochem Castle Christmas. There are special tours for children and from the restaurant you can overlook the Moselle and its surroundings. It’s well worth a visit!
