Leuven (in Flemish) or Louvain (in French) is Belgian’s 8th largest city, but not one many people visit. However, this birthplace of worldfamous beer brand Stella Artois, is definitely worth going to. Especially during wintertime, when the Town Hall is illuminated beautifully and many Christmas decorations dominate the city, Leuven has something special to it.
