Basel.
Basel is one of the first cities on the banks of the Rhine. Five bridges connect the two parts of the city. Somewhere in the 4th century this city was founded. It was an important city, because the Bishop lived here. During the earthquake of 1356 the city was massively damaged. These days it’s considered the cultural capital of Swizerland due to its many museums.
